Steffan was an absolute pleasure. He was not only professional, courteous, and punctual, but he was extremely meticulous and respectful. I was AMAZED at the beautiful job he accomplished on our game room carpet. We have a very old dog who had a few accidents in there in her middle of the night confusion. Also, my husband is a hunter and often sheds his things in the game room before heading up into the house. His boots are often muddy and disgusting, and if he has killed a deer.............yuck!
